Billing FAQ
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 3 days of the Pro plan for free, with no credit card required. The trial is available once per person. When it ends, your apps and settings stay in your account — choose a plan to keep tracking.
What counts as a tracked app?
One app in one store and one country. For example, a banking app tracked in App Store and Google Play in two countries uses 4 tracked apps. This keeps prices fair: you pay for what we collect every day.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the unused part of your current period is credited. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 26% less than paying monthly for 12 months. You are billed once a year and can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Auto-renewal stops, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
We email you right away and keep your access for 7 days so you can update your card. Payment history and invoices are always available under Billing & Subscription.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Where does the ranking data come from?
App Store data comes from Apple's official feeds and lookup API. Google Play data is read once a day from public Google Play store pages. If a store does not return data for a day, we show “No data” instead of guessing.
